Stylophorum diphyllum - Wood poppy

This poppy is new to me. My good friend Leah gave me a few back in the fall and it held it's foliage all winter long. I am fond of the silvery leaves and was excited to find the first blooms opening up yesteday. This plant does well in the shade and spreads readily. I am growing mine in part sun and it's doing well so far. It is also called Celandine poppy and is native to Eastern United States.
Thank you Leah!
