Dryopteris erythrosora - Autumn Fern

The autumn fern is one of the easiest and most rewarding ferns to grow. It does well in shade to moderate sun and can tolerate dryer conditions than most ferns - in fact it doesn't do as well in wet conditions. The autumn fern is evergreen & looks nice year round. The new fronds emerge in a cinnamon color and eventually turn to a light green. This is one of my favorites and it's easy to grow. This plant is native to China, Korea, & Japan.
