This is one of the larger hostas you can find. I planted this one 3 years ago from a 4 inch pot. As of yesterday it was 4 1/2 feet wide and one of the larger leaf's measured 17 inches long and 13 inches wide! I like the color & texture contrast of the bold chartruse leaves hovering over the small darker green leaves of the creeping jenny.
Please take a moment of silence for this hosta -- today a painter dropped a ladder on top of it and broke it. Thankfully I got this photo yesterday afternoon!
