This old-fashioned, rounded shrub is something I look forward too. I am drawn to blues and whites and this has been a nice corner plant for me. Purchased as a 1 gallon container 3 years ago it has gotten big and the large foliage adds a great texture to my space. The color of the flower is greatly influenced by the pH of the soil and the bluest shades are in more acidic soil.
Blooms on old wood so prune directly after flowering if needed.
