Leah gave me this perennial grass and it is my favorite variety of Pennisetum. It grows about 30 inches tall and the black plumes appear in late summer. This plant reseeds easily so there is always plenty to share with friends. Plant grows best in full sun and is native to East Asia & Western Australia.
