I grew these guords last summer and after the first frost I brought them into the garage and I placed them on newspaper. Every few weeks I took a sponge and washed them off as they became spotted in mildew. By January they were mostly dried and by March they were all dried. I knew they were done because I could hear all the seeds inside shaking around.
