Big Mama's Camellia (Camellia japonica)

This camellia was dug from my great grandmother's yard in Oxford, AL when I was a kid. She offered a few plants to us so daddy and I dug them and transplanted them to our house. Big Mama was mainly known for her azaleas but she had many beautiful plants in her garden. For me this is a true heirloom and I look forward to seeing these blooms each year.
