This is one of my favorite coleus. Coleus is a summer annual that grows best in moist (but not too wet) soil. It does well in part shade but some varieties can tolerate more sun. Alabama Sunset can handle more sun that other varieties and the red foliage sticks out in any annual bed. It is easy to root/propagate by cuttings and I think it looks nice in a bud vase as well.
